Does what other supermarkets do, but: - staff is always changing, meaning a lot of trainees are at the checkout. Means longer to check out; - only one person at the front desk to do the work of three people (check the self service, handle returns, move around the floor) - lack of stock is disconcerting - very rude security guy, don't know his name because he covers up his ID if someone wants to report him. Despite the complaints from many customers, he's still there. - lack of prices all the time on many articles is incomprehensible
