Picture this: You invite your family for Christmas at your home. You go out and buy a big enough table. You go to Conforama Matosinhos. They don't have it in the color you want, black, but helpfully, I might add, an assistant tells you they've got one in Conforama Gaia. You ask for the table to be reserved and you make the trip from Matosinhos to Gaia to get the table. Load the table in the car. Bring it home. Three boxes, about 50kg. You start assembling box 1. Then you go to box 2. Then you open box 3 and the pieces are a lighter shade of black. Upon research you discover that that shade is actually known as \white\, not black. You pack the wrong colored pieces and travel back to the store, wait for the better part of an hour to present your case, wait another 15 minutes for them to check the storage and then they come back and tell you they don't have the missing pieces in black and they'll only be available in a month and a half. Well, postponing Christmas isn't an option so you tell them it's unacceptable and are told you need to wait for a manager to come and talk to you, which takes another hour. The manager comes, suggests you keep and use the wrong pieces until a month and a half passes and then you can go back and exchange them for the right ones. And that's that. You travel from one place to the other to buy a table, end up getting a zebra, waste 2h in costumer service not to mention gas, and nobody actually solves your problem, they postpone it. I'm still waiting for the chairs I bought there for the table and imagining in what color combo they'll come. Shop at your own risk.

Good furniture and home equipment at good prices. Great price/quality ratio. Better than IKEA for the most part. Not as much to choose from though.
