Total chaos. People give wrong information, speak English badly. Even if you have an appointment, you still need to get a number in the queue so make sure to get in the queue around 7 am otherwise you may not be attended. If you are getting an appointment over the phone, it's better to ask for the office in Braga. Over there, they only attend people with appointments so you will be attended on time. In SEF Porto, nothing is certain.

One of the most inadequate government services I've seen people are literally sleeping outside this building to get in because there are only 10 people that can be attended per day for some services. WHY only 10 this seems like a joke or something. It seems like the only purpose is to make people give up and go home. If you're arriving here trying to get information you need to arrive at the latest 5 am. If you want to actually get something sorted out you might as well get ready sleep there the night before. The worst part of it all is that after waiting all night to get in the people inside can sometimes be unhelpful and unsympathetic to the amount of time people spend waiting outside. Not only this, but you are forced to go here if you are an immigrant and you'll sometimes misinformed and sent away only to have to come back. It's amazing anyone manages to get accepted into this country. It's really something the portuguese government needs to take note of and make some drastic changes to accommodate the amount of people arriving in the country. There needs to be at least double the \senhas\ if not triple and they need to stay open longer.
Allot of visitors on one day. Better get there as early as possible. Unfortunately we were provided with wrong info. It's better to ask allot of questions to get the right answers. We arrived around 9 o'clock we were out at 11. Could be worse for such a bussy place
Worst experience ever, the place is small and some of the staff are acting like if they are the owner of the place. It should be revised, mainly because they make a lot of money out of it.
They have the worst service ever, the staff have no clue or idea of what they are doing. They would give you wrong information, they don't even know the updated information on the Portuguese website
Worst customer service. Plan to lose your whole day. We waited for 6 hrs to sort out our visas. Very disappointing
Quase dois anos na espera por um dia tão importante e deu tudo certo! O fundamental é ter calma e levar os documentos todos organizados e não tem erro! O atendimento foi melhor do que imaginava, cheguei muito nervosa e ansiosa ao atendimento 04/08, e correu tudo muito bem! Todos os funcionários foram muito gentis. Funcionário Filipe foi muito solicito e tirou-me muitas dúvidas. SEF AV FRANÇA, estão de parabéns! Meu agendamento havia sido adiado por conta da pandemia, mas devemos entender.
Péssimo atendimento, péssimo serviço prestado. Estou a aguardar meus cartões de residência fazem mais de 8 meses. Não atendem ao telefone, não respondem email, ninguém sabe de nada, um atestado de incompetência.
