The track has an interesting layout combining faster and slower corners. Quite demanding, if you want to be really fast. The marshals and race control are probably among the most dedicated people on this planet. They love what they do and they are very, very good at it. You'll be in very good hands. Having been there a couple of times, it feels a little bit like a home away from home already... Oh, and the track surface has been redone recently. Braking in the rain for corner no. 7 (Orelha) is not as slippery as it used to be! ;-)

Great racing track with a lot of variation and a sublime setting in the Sintra national park. The pedestrian access to the paddock is a bit awkward, I'll give that, and it won't give you the complete list of facilities of a big racing track (say Spa, Nürburg, Monza...), but it is certainly a must visit for racing fans who find themselves around Lisbon. Be sure to keep looking for the track calendar online, it's not easy to find.

This circuit is located on the base of Sintra's natural park so the view is simply unique - it unites the best of Portugal's nature with racing spirit. If you are passionate about speed, you've got to know this place with its amazing history and natural beauties.

Horrible noise for days and days on end, and I live 5kms away from the track. I cannot imagine what the noise does to the health of the hundreds of thousands of people who live close by. It is really hard to justify this kind of meaningless activity as “sport”.
