Worst agency ever. Their attitude and sense of superiority is so bad that I wouldn't rent anything from them, the guest is treated with no courtesy or respect. Avoid them at any cost, you won't receive any help from them, no support, no towel or extra bed sheets, every time I had to wash them I had to hope they would dry before the evening. The WiFi is shared between 3 flats, so between at least 15-20 people, you can imagine how fast it is. We also had to move out one day earlier than the contract ending date without any refund. The deposit was not refunded on moving out but one week after

Don’t even think about booking any apartment through this agency. The worst agency I have ever dealt with. They just shouldn’t be in a business where they need to deal with people. Their customer service is the worst, not to mention their attitude. The first problem we faced after moving in is that the agency took all the towels, pillows and extra bed sheets from the apartment. They even removed the second pillows from the double beds! When we visited they were there and when we asked why did they take it, they simply said: “this is not the kind of service we provide”. Basically, they just didn’t want to give us and we still don’t understand why. They had hundreds in their office as we saw it. But the worst was that the wifi. It is shared between 3 apartments. We are working online and we specifially told them we need good internet as we will have video calls, they didn’t mention that we will have to share our wifi with another 10 people! You can imagine how fast it was. Also as the router is in the living room you only have internet around that area so basically in 2 bedrooms out of the 5 we didn’t even have internet. We had to use our mobile internet most of the time. The agency also told us that we need to move out 1 day before our original check out day without any refund. We were not even suprised that we had to wait 1 week to get back our deposit. As my flatmate said: “at least they are consistent: the worst until the end.” :D
