Fantastic place to have a drink with friends! Great spot to chill out and enjoy some sun & music. Recently renovated, it's way better now. Recommended

This is near Praia Caxias. This is one of the few beaches that has seashells (and lots of sea glass). The beach is small, well attended, but not overcrowded. The bar, Baia Dos Golfinhos, is conveniently located next to the beach for after you’ve had enough of the gorgeous sand and surf. The bar is a little slow to respond when you first come into the bar, but when in Portugal.....
Location is very nice, BUT: Food is just OK, we ate some hamburgers. Service is terrible/chaotic. If you are hungry, or with childfree be prepared. at least 30 minutes to get attention. Food was served 30 minutes later, all cold, including fries. We tried to complain, but took a lot to get attention. Co-Manager offered to replace the fries, but they never came to the table. Called for the Manager to complain, but she did not bother to approach us, preferring to go seat by other tables to linger with some \preferred\ customers. Will not return, and do not advise.
Nice place by the beach, excellent atmosphere, service and prices. Good for a small gathering of friends and family. During the time I went there was a lot of sun and a pleasant breeze to compensate

Friendly staff, good location and nice food! Large portions and good quality. Service can sometimes be a bit slower, depending on how busy it is.
Calm beach and clear water
Food is delicious, the service inside is great but then you don't have the best of views on warm sunny days. They have a lovely outside section that overlooks the beach directly BUT you are not allowed you to order from the food selection from inside if you are seated outside. There outside menu is boring and basic. I find the service outside always lacking a sense of hospitality and friendliness, have to assume it's because they are overworked but it has changed my decision to go there a few times on a really warm lovely day when you want to be outside and eat the amazing food selection they have inside. They could do better but I will go back now that it is winter and I can actually eat what I want to ;-)
