We visited this information centre today. We started discussing something with the advisor when an elderly Portuguese couple came in to the shop. The old lady pushed in front of my wife and child and totally hijacked the conversation we were having, so we let them know how rude we thought it was and decided to leave having only received a small amount of information. Totally unacceptable and unhelpful.
