Best place to eat travesseiros de Sintra, a tipical desert from the village. Went there more than 10 times, never left disappointed

Despite of the never ending lines and all the buzz around this very traditional bakery, we were not blown away by their Queijada. The Travesseiros, on the other hand, were delicious! Wish I had ordered two of them instead.

Great service, great desserts! We came here during a tour and it was one of the best pastries we had during our Portugal trip. The location is cozy and perfect for a quick break.

Really traditional and delicious Portuguese pastries. Great coffee and friendly service. You can buy to go or just sit and enjoy the traditional ambience. It's difficult to choose what to eat, so we got the famous \Travesseiros\ and we asked for some advises in what to eat. Usually it's really busy, but we didn't wait to much to get a place.

Excellent pastries to be had here.. Worth a quick stop to refuel before heading on to many of the palaces and castles of sintra.

Very delicious pastries (not too sweet like in most cafes in Lisbon so you can eat more) and welcoming service. I especially liked queijadas and travesseiros.

I went here with my family back in June 2018, and I still haven’t forgotten this quaint little pastry cafe. I ordered the almond travesseiros and can still feel the feather light, flaky puff pastry melting in my mouth - coated with just enough cinnamon sugar to activate all the warm, gooey goodness of almond cream. If you go to Sintra, this is a stop you must make!
