It is a small store. You can find basic things you need but it does not carry many brands. The woman was nice and helpful to customers but the service could be quicker. I came into the store looking just to buy a graphite pencil, sharpener, and an eraser. Not only did it take 10-15 minutes for the young lady in glasses to help me find and give me the items. She would help others in line behind me before helping me. Then, she took an additional 10 minutes to check my items out. It was not busy in the store. She is was easily distracted by other customers. It should not take me 30 minutes to buy my items.

Nice place and prices for art materials! There are 3 shops within the same block all with different varieties and levels of materials. Look for the one have what you want.
