Kitchen closed at 15:30, which I didn’t knew. When the staff noticed my semi surprised reaction they clearly weren’t keen on helping me out. Shrugging shoulders and turning their back whilst mumbling some words. Too bad the lovely view got to their heads. Because a view you’ll get.
I was looking for a typical portuguese near the Drouo, and I found this bar/restaurant serving for 8,90/pers a full menu: bread, soup, fish or meat meal, bean rice, wine (40cl), fresh fruit and coffee. Very complete! Everything was very good and homemade. The staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. The coffee was SO GOOD. I more than advise anybody to lunch at this place. My first meal in Porto was more than perfect! To pay: cash only, they do not take credit card. We had no cash so they indicated us a bank and fully trust us to come back and pay for our meals.
The kitchen is not always open and you can’t find any info anywhere when they are.
Local place where they don't really speak English, but delicious local food with extremely cheap prices. Definitely worth to try, I loved it !
