It's impossible to contact them over the phone. They don't say when the package will be delivered. The message I have received said they will deliver within 24/48h but how can I know when it will happened. I had to wait the whole day waiting for the delivery, they don't even indicate if delivery would be done in the morning or in the afternoon. as for the recipient I may say that this is the worst delivery service I have had.

Very bed service. Never never answer the phone. A huge waste of time by the user
As anybody else I experienced unfriendly service and nobody answer the phone. Anybody should be ashamed that get's professionally involved with this company.

Very poor service. Slow, unprofessional and impolite. First and last time I order something online with El Corte Inglês due to the performance of MRW.
