The most relaxing and wonderful campsite we have found on our travels around Europe. Large pitches, friendly staff with so many places to visit locally and around about.

Really nice camping with pool on different levels, friendly chicken (fresh eggs every morning!) Super chilled and happy owner. Was super cold when we were there, they gave us an extra blanket ️ good and clean bathrooms and definitely a place to come back to.

Nice place, calm at night. Soap and toilet paper and hot water. Wi-Fi was limited only to one device and certain amount of bandwidth.

Brilliant campsite. Lovely people. Very pretty. I wish we could have stayed longer. Close to great River beaches.

We were very much impressed with this idyllic and clean camping, and the care and effort of the kind, cheerful and helpful owners. Until now, it's the nicest camping we've encountered in Portugal, in fact. We enjoyed a 5km walk in the beautiful hilly surroundings (the owners have instructions prepared to take on a sheet of paper), had delicious fresh breads and eggs from their own chickens (which happily stroll around the campsite), enjoyed delicious large meals in the local cafe (9 all incl), and smiled a lot at the funny wisdom messages all around the camping. Much recommended!

The owner is picky about electricity usage. You feel controlled and are called attention (and your phone disappears) when using the wrong plug and not paying 50 cents for charging a phone. Unfortunately he misses the target. The person who boils 1 liter of water, uses the hair dryer , irons one shirt or shaves his beard consumes much more without paying. Either there is no price for using the "charging station" (which is a good idea per se) or there should be no plugs available elsewhere. We felt persona non grata at this camping and were happy to leave. All the rest of the camping is very good and clean. Internet is paid and limited to 500MB/day (I would limit the bandwidth instead). The booklet given very well written with good advices. The lady owner is nice and welcoming to clients. The 9 meal deal in neighbor restaurant is a bit expensive - no soup and not so much and too simple food. Two stars because of the owner.
