Great service, five stars for friendliness, helpfulness and for the actual work done. My BMW was handed back to me even cleaner, actually spotless after the service was done. All staff super friendly and helpful, in Portuguese and in English. This is a huge asset to doing business. Top notch customer care from Alex. Thank you for looking after my BMW.

The worst BMW showroom, the service is terrible, there is no complaints procedure, they just don’t care or know how to deal with clients, I strongly recommend to avoid this place
Avoid, they don't return calls, there is only the receptionist available and no once else around to assist.
Car there for diagnosis, wanted to call me the next day. One week later still wait for answer. Phone number connects to call center and even they can't reach the Portimao branch office. Once you get through eventually , they tell you that at lunch and to call back in 10 minutes. Call back never ever happened . Totally useless and seem that you need to go in person to talk to someone ..... Any small garage on the road will deliver a better customer experience.
This place is, quite simply, an embarrassment to BMW. The customer service is ridiculously bad. And they may as well not have phones or computers because trying to get in touch with them is near impossible. I don't know how they're still open to the public.
Absolutely disgraceful service. First of all - they misdiagnosed an issue with my car and convinced me to buy a new battery for 500 euro (which was completely unnecessary because the battery wasn't the problem I later discovered). My problem persisted so I left my car here almost a month ago for a second diagnostic test and I'm still waiting to get my car back. I eventually got through to somebody on Friday (after several of my emails were ignored and calls were disconnected). The man I dealt with on friday assured me he would send me an email that afternoon with an updated quote. It is now Wednesday and emails I sent on Monday requesting the quote have been ignored and I can't get through via telephone. I've never dealt with such inefficient people. They give BMW a bad name. AVOID!!!
