Called Toyota because i had an issue with my car, they told me to be there the next day at 14h for them to check what was going on. When i arrive, i went to reception and explained that i was told that i had an appointment at 14h, half an hour later they told that they had no record of my appointment and that it was \dumb\ of me to show up at 14h to check a car. Congratulations Toyota, you reached a new level of incompetence!
