Hi Tony, Hope you are well. We have had a specialist come to check the heat pump that is not working in our cottage. He informed me that the heat pump is fitted incorrectly and that if Mitsubishi come to check the warranty, they will not not replace it because of poor installation. We would like to give one last chance to resolve the situation. We would prefer not to need to take this further and keep relations harmonious, however, if the heat pump and underfloor heating we contracted you to install is not fixed within the next 30 days, we will be contacting our lawyer to seek compensation. I hope you understand our perspective, we trusted you with the project, our house now without any heating has been getting damp, our belongings damaged and communication with you has been challenging and without resolve. It has been nearly a year! It is our family home and very important to us. Furthermore the situation has caused a lot of upset so I hope this can be resolved for once and for all. Kind regards Jack
