I'm here to write the IELTS. I took a taxi all the way from another city just to be here at the time they asked. But we've been waiting on the street now, in the cold, for half an hour without them having the courtesy to come out and tell us why we're being made to wait. Very inconsiderate. And they charge 230 to take the exam! Stealing, is what it is.

Face to face lessons were suspended b/c of COVID. It hasn't been resumed so far although even children are studying in schools. Thus, my 20 lessons were expired. Basically I was just robbed. UPD I have already contacted the Customer Service Team. And do you know up to which date they extended my course? until September 27. You said classes were resumed on October 1st. Is this such a bad joke?

Um dos critérios apresentados como fator de qualidade e que me levaram a increver os meus filhos no British, eram turmas pequenas, com 12 alunos no máximo. Neste momento as turmas têm 18 alunos e continuo sem resposta aos e-mails que enviei a questionar sobre se iam tomar medidas para repor a qualidade do ensino.
