A disgrace. I made an appointment online but they say they don't receive online appointments and they say its not their problem if a web page makes appointments for them. Also if your car is with warning lights saying to stop and go to a mechanic they just don't care and make the appointment for more then 3 or 4 days later. Probably they hope the car gets totally dead. And the service customer care is very bad.
