Just amazing music all the time! But it's hard to stay very long because they let people smoke right at the entrance in a way that the entire place fills with cigarette smoke and becomes pretty toxic. My friends can't stay long and we end up leaving and drinking elsewhere.
Best hidden spot for live music ! Every night a different band or singer ! Love the cozy venue and high quality acts. Also the bar staff are very kind and up for a chat.
Terrible service, really untrained to deal with the audience. They show prejudice directly with foreigners, I do not understand how they deem themselves to be a multicultural place. I was treated very poorly, with disgust and contempt. If you are looking for a cultural venue this is no response.
Very good sound and acoustics
We came to the \Roda de Choro\ on Monday nights. Fantastic!!!! Great place and drinks. The ambience and service were perfect and the music, the best representation of what Brazilian music is all about. Loved it!!!!
