I'm am the owner of a Travel Agency and the bad service of the agency FROTA AZUL is so amazing, that I have to share my bad experience! We had 3 groups in Portugal, where this bad bus company made the transfer and travel services. For Lisboa the bus company did NOT tell us, that there will be neccessary an entry permission to arrive to the booked hotel. So my group was left in middle of the big citiy and nobody knew where to go. The second group had a driver, who did hard work to arrive to the hotel in Porto. Why, the clients could NOT understand. And the day after the busdriver arrived late for 1 hour, so the group lost the ship and could not make the program as planed 3 months before arrival. Amazing. We work with many bus companies and we even are the owners of our bus company, so I know who bus companies have to work. And this is why I definitely can say, that FROTA AZUL is the worst bus company I ever worked.

Estou bastante satisfeito com a oferta, os preços e os serviços dos autocarros do Barraqueiro. Mesmo ao fim-de-semana existem vários autocarros entre Torres Vedras, Malveira, Loures e Lisboa e alguns entre Torres Vedras e Lourinhã apesar de serem menos. Os preços não são elevados, existe a possibilidade de comprar ida e volta ficando mais barato, é válido até ao dia seguinte, a maioria dos autocarros possui Wi-Fi e os motoristas são prestáveis, simpáticos e atenciosos. Tenho pena de não existir um pouco mais oferta para a Lourinhã e do passe metropolitano não servir para o município de Torres Vedras, mas tenho a noção de que ambas as situações são compreensíveis.

אוטובוסים חדישים עם Wi-Fi. בכל יום הגיע אוטובוס נקי. אוטובוס נגיש לנכים הכולל מעלון המיועד לנכים עם כסאות גלגלים או שמתקשים לעלות במדרגות. ניתן לפרק ספסלים לצורך עיגון כסאות גלגלים או הגדלת מרווח רגליים. תאי המטען גבוהים ומאפשרים להציב את המזוודות במצב אנכי. צוות הנהגים אדיב וסבלני. הנהג הכניס את המזוודות אל תא המטען והוציא אותם כחלק מהשירות.

Não entendo porque razão os autocarros da barraqueiro não esperam pelos da mafrense na malveira, pois chego a estar 1hora a espera do autocarro da barraqueiro porque o perdi por 3/4 minutos porque os da mafrense param em todas as paragens. Acho inadmissível.
