Fantastic service! My hubby bought me an e-bike for Christmas, the customer service was awesome, he got an email then a call after he ordered telling us it was being delivered the next day! When it arrived the guy was so helpful, explaining everything, but it turned out the bike was too big for me, so I was invited to visit the shop, where I tried out 3 other bikes (we really should have done that in the first place!) The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! Nothing was too much trouble and it was really worth trying the different bikes as there was quite big differences. I finally chose a different one, and as promised, the new one was delivered just a couple of days later, fully charged and ready to go!!! Very, very, happy customers!!! We would highly recommend Martin's E-Bikes!

Martin's done an outstanding job of rewiring my ebike without the help of a wiring diagram.I carelessly ripped every wire of the bike while folding it. I don't think anyone else could of repaired the mess I gave them. I would thoroughly recommend them.
Martins ebike is the perfect shop to find your bike. There costumer services is very good. They listen to what you want and advice well. I will definitely come back!

Great service, whole range of top bikes in all different price ranges. Staff always super friendly and patient after my multiple visits to the shop before I finally decided ;) Knowledgable, friendly and patient! Got a fantastic Ebike now with dog basket ! :)
Awful service.. Rented bike that was not fit for use. The battery fell out within 5 minutes. Changed the tire and the axle fell apart which resulted in us at the roadside for over an hour trying to piece it back together. Took the bike back to the shop the next morning and they did exchange the bike for another but did not take responsibility for the issues. We asked for extra time with the bike but they said only if we paid another 23 Euro. When the bike was collected the deposit had 8.75 deducted for an inner tube. Rude staff would avoid and use another bike rental service.
My e-bike kept switching off after about half a kilometer of use. I could not figure out what was wrong with it, took it into Martins on Monday he said no problem. Wednesday morning got a message “bike fixed “ excellent I was chuffed to rock cakes. Very reasonable price as well. Any problem in the future I know where to go. Many thanks to you and your team.
