The staff were very rude and be aware because they are charging for big menus without asking. We asked for four menus, with three bottles of water and one beer. They charged us 2.40 more than we expected. The silly excuse they gave us was that they had run out of small bottles of water and they had to give us bigger bottles (0,5l instead of 0,33l) and that goes with big size menus. Shouldn’t they have informed me before charging me? Or what about the menu which came with the beer? They didn't give me a bigger glass of beer. At that moment there was quite a long queue and my children were hungry, so I said ok it’s not a big deal and I didn't want create any trouble (even though I still think they should have given us the big bottles with at no extra cost). Then I came back to buy a few ice-creams, and incredibly they did it again. When I asked why I has been charged me more than what I expected, the man serving was really rude this time, impolite and sarcastic. Of course I talked to the manager and I filled in a claim form. I hope they inform customers properly from now on, as they do in other similar fast food restaurants.

Useless staff missing items out of order for the fourth time now I am really angry now the food is not cheap for a full meal bit if you only get half a meal it outrageous never going their again waste of time
Friendly staff with good service, avoid at peak times as it gets quite crowded, hence its good.

This is a non existing KFC, and it says it’s open till midnight but the mall is closed as well as the kfc itself

HORRÍVEL, simplesmente HORRÍVEL , o atendimento foi super mau, o rapaz parecia que estava a dormir, depois quando veio o hambúrguer, veio todo frio, o queijo nem derretido estava, parecia que nem tentaram aquecer o hambúrguer, ou seja o hambúrguer já estava feito, nunca mais volto lá!!
Personnel moyen mais se rattrape avec de la très bonne nourriture ,hot wigs très bonne et frite chaude
