Second time I ve used Algarve Hot Tubs and both times the service has been exceptional. Thomas' expertise and advice has been really appreciated. I received prompt service despite the business being extremely busy at the moment and all at a reasonable cost. I cannot recommend recommend this company highly enough.

We met Thomas about two months ago and booked him in to service and advise us on a hot tub we bought at the time he appeared helpful and happy and we spent over 300 euro with him but when the tub stopped working he for some reason became the most unhelpful person you will ever deal with and messed us around for over 5 days no phone calls back and a very rude manor in texts and emails telling us he had much more important things to be doing than finding out if he had a pump in stock I think from our experience he is a bit jackal and hide! I will not be dealing with him again and he has a very bad business attitude towards the paying customer I hope he continues to be so busy with the other more important clients as i would rather pay double and have some customer service than put up with his rudeness!! very BAD does not even deserve the 1 star! In response to your reply Thomas it takes 2 minutes to phone someone back you should not leave them waiting for five days! also you should NEVER send such rude texts perhaps you should take the time to read what you sent maybe I will put them on here!!
