Terrible service. 1 hour waiting in Pragal for a bus to Fonte. The 127 passed in front of us without stopping. For any covid reasonable issue, why don't you increase the number of coaches and improve the service?

The driver stopped the bus in the middle of nowhere, left the people there including mothers with little babies and elderly, and called another bus. The new bus arrived in 5 mins. Then he just got on the bus and the two workers of tst drove away, just the 2 of them in the empty bus, and didn't let anyone else in. So they left us, all the passengers, and the bus here in the middle of nowhere between caparica and cacilhas. It has been more than 40 mins and no other bus has been sent, and they also didn't inform anybody about what was going on. They just left. This is ridiculous.
I went to Sesimbra from Lisbon by TST bus, and therefore I installed the TST app. On the way back, we went to Sesimbra terminal and the bus did not appear. And that was the bus’ starting point. After waiting some time we ask to a TST bus driver (from another bus) if he knew what happen. He told us that the information provided by the app (Saturday, 1st of June, 19:45 departure from Sesimbra - bus 203) is not correct. That bus ride does not exist. What is correct is what is printed in the paper and pasted in ticket office’ wall.
The worst bus company I know. If you could have a car then buy one because if you live between Sesimbra and Lisboa this is THE WORST WAY TO TRAVEL IN THIS REGION! First THE PRICE \u003e\u003e you have diferent zone and they're not well delimited if you live one stop after the zone you will have to pay double the price for a month and If you have two bus doing the exact same travel the price is not going to be the same for no precise reason. Second point ZERO COMMUNICATION.\u003e\u003e you're simply not informed sometimes when the bus are not working. Good luck to find another way to go where you want... The bus drivers, most of the time, do not speak another linguage than portugese . I don't mind trying to speak pprtuguese it's normal we're in portugal but at least make sure they speak english, this is very helpfull in a touristic region like this. Third and final point NEVER ON TIME\u003e\u003e the time table is very bad. If you don't live in the main stations there's no precise information on the time the bus is suppose to arrive. But at least that's not important beacause it's completly RANDOM. One day it's 10 min before the other 30 MINS LATE (realy often late) You have my word. I'll never take this bus compagny anymore, NOT EVER !
