Terrible customer service, we booked a boat party for 14 people for a hen party activity, they cancelled the day before and gave a reason that it was due to the bad weather - we were in Portugal already and the weather was completely fine, very sunny, warm and calm. We originally paid in sterling but they did not stand over the exchange rate for the refund meaning we lost 44 for an activity they cancelled for no reason. very disappointing service.

Terrible customer service and complete scam. They haven't bothered to respond to me on an activity i was supposed to go on yesterday. I waited over an hour and had no response from them despite sending emails and messaging them on Facebook to ask why we hadn't been picked from the hotel as promised. I contacted the company directly that hosted the activity and they responded instantly. I haven't been offered the almost 30 euro deposit i originally put down. Very much ruined my holiday experience i wouldn't recommend at all.

I contacted the company late in the evening and they still organised everything for me. They were fully booked but they organised another trip for me with another company. We exchanged a lot of emails and were talking on the phone even 11pm to make sure that everything was set up. Special thanks for Rodrigo who kept contact with me the whole evening and made sure that I have all the necessary information. The customer care in this company is very friendly, professional and super fast! I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is travelling in Albufeira!

Booked with these guys for parasailing In Albufeira and couldn’t get the time slot we wanted from the website - no problem! Contacted Algarve Fun and they sorted out a link for payment and arranged the slot. Arrived the next day in Albufeira but were told by the organiser that the parasailing was cancelled due to the misty weather, shame as kids looking forward to it but I guess even the Algarve gets dodgy weather sometimes! Contacted Algarve fun for refund and they replied in minutes and refunded full amount straight away - wow! didn’t expect that quick a response. Have to say the whole experience with these guys was easy and very helpful, this is how all operators should be run - ️️️️️ For excellent service!

I went to the David Guetta concert through Algarve Holiday Fun and it was a great night! This is the place to get the best deals. Not only they have great prices, but their service is also top notch. Next time I'm in Algarve I already know where I'm buying my tickets

Algarve Holiday Fun organised a private boat charter for myself and my family and the experience couldn't have been more memorable. We sent all of our requirements over to the team and they then came back to us promptly with a selection of quotes to choose from to match various budgets. Payment was made either through Paypal or by bank transfer and the entire process was smooth, professional and prompt. Upon arrival at the marina all we had to do was give our names and everything had been arranged for us. I cannot fault the service provided by Algarve Holiday Fun and have already used them to book tickets for other attractions in the Algarve and was very happy with the fantastic discounts we received each time - keep up the good work!

She managed to book a whole array of activities for us saving us a fortune and she also went over and above suggesting good restaurants for us to go to and how to get there.
