Good music and atmosphere throughout the night. The bar looks amazing inside and out. Very modern looking. Coming back to Albufeira in October so I will come back to this bar!

worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager grabbed my food off the table when i was searching for my receipt (bearing in mind he took my order). It's really upsetting because the food was quite nice but we weren't even informed we needed to keep our receipts and whether it was self service or not (which it was). They also forgot my drink with the order and seemed to be annoyed I even asked even though we spent over 50. When I raised the issue with him he raised his voice repeatedly and refused to accept that it was wrong to grab my food off the table and act so extremely rude. He said he didn't care and that I should have showed my receipt straight away. I made him aware that next time when someone is searching for their receipt he should wait instead of grabbing it off the table. Absolutely disgraced and will never go back to this place again and will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone ever so your loss. Completely ruined our night - go somewhere else where people will treat you nicer cos this guy was appaling
