Horrível, Pessoas sem classe ou educação . Por vezes esquecem-se que trabalham para ós\ com o objetivo de nos satisfazerem. Recepcionista e governanta super mal dispostas, valor não compensa. Acordar nas férias e ver estas 2 personagem mal dispostas é super frustante.
