Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh!! We had the shrimps and sea bass, both of which were prepared to perfection and delectable. If you want an authentic seafood restaurant, this is it!

It was a very pleasant lunch. We ask a suggestion for the waiter and he advised us a nice meal. The food was delicious, the service was good and the place was nice. You need to arrive early to get a table or you can call and make a reservation. The restaurant was full.

The food is excellent - some of the freshest fish in the Algarve (caught by the locals) and that's the only reason I come back here. However, the service is extremely slow so be prepared to wait some time - we waited around 45 minutes just to be served. Locals get preferential treatment so expect to be frustrated with the service but the food compensates for it.

The best local experience you can get in Albufeira! Fresh and delicious fish and seafood at great prices and a very authentic experience. The main waiter could not be more lovely and you don’t want to miss the vinho verde for 6eur/liter . We had dinner here 2 nights out of 4 and would love to return. Advice: come early as it gets packed by 8. All in all, loved it!

Amazing restaurant!! I couldn’t fault it! Honest, Portuguese cooking and service. It is tucked away so we were very happy to find it (got a local recommendation). Perfect because we wanted something like this, away from the tourists, proper local place. We did not hear anyone speaking other than Portuguese. The best fish I’ve ever tasted, so fresh!! It was probably in the sea a few hours before. Prepared to perfection. No fuss, fish, veg, potatoes and salad. Extensive wine selection too. Top tip! Get there early as it gets packed after 8pm! (Opens at 7pm). A fab place to visit if you’re in Albufeira
