Very welcoming. Accommodating and friendly staff. Love the view and the natural sea pools, 15 mins walk to Santa Cruz. Even though it's close to the airport it was very quiet and relaxing.

Very friendly staff and beautiful view.The hotel is pretty quite et perfect for family despite of being next to the airport. The service is excellent. We will probably come back.

Fantastic hotel with sublime service, very friendly, soft good beds, good shower, spacious bath and bathroom, nice environment/garden and a fantastic salt water swimming pool with access to the sea. So great to have a swim in the sun in December. Also there is a normal swimming pool with beds and a jacuzzi (which you can order at reception) Diner is great, breakfast you can tell what you like. Plate of fresh fruit is superb. Bathrobes, swimming towels included and very near airport with free shuttle service. Great price quality

Beautiful place with sea view, wonderful sea water pool under the cliff, friendly staffs and good service. 5 minutes from the airport(free shuttle bus). 15 minutes walk to Santa Cruz.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, the hotel itself is very cozy, very nice swimming pool, friendly and professional staff. The food was absolutely delicious probably the best in Madeira as we eat out a lot in different places around the island.
