Got lost in Sintra and called them up with a street name. Tells me off on the phone RUDELY for ot knowing exactly where I am\ despite providing them with a streetname. What more information do you need as a taxi company!? Joke.

They are not reliable. Many days you'll call and either they won't pickup, will be rude or simply will not assign a cab to you. When you can actually get a cab it's just fine.
