Fantastic service by a true professional with a wealth of experience treating back/shoulder pain and injuries. Not only does Dr Bock manually treat the actual problem(s) on site, but he also explains clearly the cause of your pain via models, visual media, books, etc. so that you can take control of your own healing at home with specific exercises that you learn to integrate into your daily life. His optimism and caring attitude to genuinely helping you recover encourages you to treat your own body better. 110% satisfied :-)!

I highly recommend this clinic. Incredibly nice staff and super knowledgeable doctor. I came here for back pain related to my professional work ( many hours at a desk ) and unlike many chiropractors who prescribe numerous visits, Dr. Bock was able to fix the issue in just one or two treatments. The first visit, he thoroughly examined my X-Ray's and worked on my back pain. Next visit, he assessed my emotional pain. This was the turning point of my recovery. I felt so much lighter and peaceful after treatment. Overall it was the best experience i had so far and definitely recommend it. TY again!!!

I arrived in a sunny Algarve December in 2019, after a couple of months of easy hiking on the Isle of Wight, along the Jurassic coast and in the Cotswolds of the UK. I've always been active, am a keen walker and am, or so I thought, very healthy at the age of 68. Trouble was, when I arrived .. I could hardly walk for ten minutes at a time without stopping to rest. I had lower back pain, like in a vise and shooting pain from buttock to knee on one leg and travelling pain on the other. I even bought a collapsible walking stick to help me along!! OMG.. I thought .. is this it? I've had regular chiropractic care for many years and so sought out the options nearby. How fortunate I was to find Dr. Bock's office. After a thorough consultation, treatment and simple exercises prescribed by Dr Bock .. I felt much relief. Within 3 weeks I was off to South America, have hiked in the Andes, Cloud Forests, navigated several hilly cities at high altitudes and made a dream come true by visiting one of the wonders of the new world, Macchu Pichu. I did not think this was possible in December... Now, the sky's the limit!!. Do I recommend Dr Bock?... absolutely!!

We visit Portugal several times a year and usually we find that one of us has a problem with our back or neck. This was particularly so in the run up to and recovery from fairly major back surgery for my husband in 2014. We have been delighted and relieved to find Dr Bock. His skills, knowledge and experience are outstanding but more importantly he has a real knack for getting to the root of a problem and takes a creative approach to resolving it. Sometimes that will be minimal intervention but excellent advice on exercise, posture etc. It has been a huge bonus for us to know that he is close at hand when we are over there. We would like to ship him back to the UK ....................Carla is super efficient, speaks better English than we do and always looks after us so well. Would not hesitate to recommend this team to anyone looking for help during a holiday or on a longer term basis if you live there.

Je recommande ce médecin les yeux fermés. Je suis venue le voir pour des douleurs au niveau des cotes du côté gauche pendant mes vacances au Portugal. Cela me faisait mal quand je respirais comme une douleur de pincement. Le docteur et son assistante sont d'une grande bienveillance et gentillesse. Ils ont cherchés à comprendre comment je me suis fait mal puis ils m'ont donné des conseils et m'ont expliqué ainsi qu'à mon conjoint comment appliquer ce qu'ils me prescrivaient. Le docteur m'a ensuite manipulé le dos et cervicales avec beaucoup de douceur. Très pédagogue et il met en confiance surtout qu'on ne parle pas la même langue. Ils prennent le temps tous les deux et s'assurent que le patient reparte en allant mieux et en ayant des réponses précises. Allez y sans crainte. Si j'ai besoin j'y retournerai sans hésiter.
