I was speechless when I first entered João’s beautiful b&b. Words are not enough to describe the magic of this place. The room was very nicely decorated and spotless, the bed very comfortable and the breakfast was the best! João is very hospitable and knowledgeable and he gave me some really good tips regarding Óbidos and it’s vicinity. Muito obrigado João!

Host is incredibly friendly and helpful. Put a lot of effort into breakfast and seems to really enjoy the company of his guests. The house is quite old though.
Lovely house just a little bit further from the bus stop of Obidos. A little garden with a nice view. Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed. João, our host helped us with the luggage to the train station. What a warm hospitality!
Excellent Location. Spotless room, great patio area, very romatic. Joao, the owner, is very very nice and treats you like royalty. Getting the Ginjinha at the reception area every night adds a special treat to the end of the day.
Lovely accommodation. Everything I needed. Owners extremely helpful. Great to be just slightly away from the touristy areas.
Lovely old house with lemon and orange tree. The house should have it own history tour.
This place is a dream. I would definitely come back. The owner is the sweetest. It's well maintained and has everything you need.
Best hotel I've ever been at - great rooms, a welcoming drink, nice staff and a large breakfast. Would recommend to anyone staying at Obidos if it is free.
