Wonderfully charming experience yesterday in the Vouzela Tourist Office (lady behind the counter and her female friend asking us how we ended up in Vouzela!?!? ) We told her we were hoping to do some hikes. She showed us four possible walks in the area, including one (the Roman Road) we had tried yesterday but failed because it was impossible to pass a creek due to high water. She printed us maps for the Medieval Walk (8km) which we did in the morning and for the walk along the old train track (7km) we did in the afternoon. Thank you!!!
