Tratamento frio e indiferente. A responsável mal olha para o cliente a entra na loja, se limitando ao básico. Estou até hoje esperando uma visita para conserto de um fogão. O profissional que instala o gás na residência foi excelente. O atendimento da responsável (gerente) precisa melhorar o atendimento ao cliente.
