Depois de pedir ajuda á assistência técnica e de concluirmos que o equipamento estava avariado, fui aconselhado a dirigir-me a uma loja NOS para a troca do mesmo. Tive o cuidado de perguntar se a loja (Viseu) estaria aberta devido às restrições de circulação. Após alguns minutos de espera, disse-me a colaboradora, que podia ir que estava aberta. Faço três dezenas de kms e constacto que está tudo fechado. Belo apoio ao cliente... Obrigado NOS
