If you are looking for a car mechanic in the Viseu area, look no further. I had an electrical problem with my VW golf, and also what turned out to be an issue with the exhaust. After looking for a qualified car mechanic in the area, (I live next to Mangualde, and could not find any good mechanics here) I was lucky to find Help Car in Viseu, I am very pleased with their service, they are very professional, knowledgeable and they are able to help your car work properly, as the name suggests! The problem is now completely solved and the car is driving like a new car again. The guys at Help Car were fully transparent about the whole repair process from start to finish and I had complete confidence in their abilities to get the issue sorted out entirely. If you have been living in Portugal for some time then you will know that it is really hard to find such a good and reliable level of service, but the good people of Help Car: Alex, Norberto and Jose will work hard to fix any problem and make sure you leave their garage with a smile. The car was diagnosed quickly and efficiently and then the necessary parts were ordered and the repair was successful all in a couple of days time. Thank you again for your help. I will be back for any future work needed.

Tinha marcação para sábado dia 03/08 e quando cheguei lá tinha apenas um papel a informar que estavam encerrados para formação de pessoal. Foi falta de profissionalismo, das duas uma: não aceitavam marcações sabendo que iam estar fechados ou caso tivesse surgido em cima da hora deviam ligar para as pessoas a remarcar.
