As a regular shop of the Leroy Merlin chain buying localy is no problem, but whenever you buy something online and it is not available be aware! waited now 4 months for an order, loads of telefone calls, always other people who are attending, plenty promises and no result. I spend thousends of euros, you definately expect better than this.

Aki in Viseu has almost everything I need in order to renovate the house I currently live in. In addition to that, Adriana at Aki has been the most helpful in helping me find the best solution to my problems. She helps me in perfect English (my Portugese is still pretty basic) and always with a smile! I can't recommend Aki enough mostly because of Adriana and how helpful she has been. Today she even gave a little toy to my nephew as a gift.
They've got most everything.
You can find almost anything to do a small repair here, the only thing bad is the way they have the cashier lines....

Desde 09 de Dezembro que estou em contacto com a vossa loja para ajudar uma pessoa idoso que comprou um recuperador no Aki Viseu. A marcar instalação demorou 3 semanas e quando os técnicos chegaram lá o material entrega pelo Aki estava errada. Os técnicos foram ao Viseu para trocar o material, de tarde voltaram para instalação. A pessoa idoso disse que o ventilador não funciona..... Liguei várias vezes a vossa loja e nada ficou resolvido, hoje liguei mais uma vez.... Pediram me para ir a loja fazer reclamação.... Ou seja péssimo serviço, muita demora e nada resolvido.
Muita variedade! Enorme. Muitas coisas pra se ver e muitas novidades.
