Staff is friendly, service is great, and prices are fair... The waiting oom\ need some improvements, but they let it slide as norauto is across the street for arrabida shopping mall and the customer can go there for the wait. Product selection is alright, and the services done at the repair shop are really nice. The only terrible thing in here are the parking spaces... Not so many of them and the spaces are too cramped. For an auto shop, should have better parking.

I love this place. As a woman I've often experienced auto shops trying to take advantage assuming that woman know nothing about cars and therefore saw an opportunity to make some easy money by lying about what is wrong with the car and what work needs to be done. ( Sad) As an undercover Investigator AND as a consumer I've had the opportunity to put Norauto to the test on more than a few occasions. I'm happy to say they have always been honest when it would have been so easy to lie and make a sale. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Norauto.

Fantastic service at a great price. Warning light for front brakes went on our motorhome, so we came here to get it checked. Almost immediately started working on it, checked front & rear, and replaced written front pads after showing them to us. Excellent service and at a good price. Highly recommended.

As a store, the prices are quite good and it's well organised. As an auto repair shop I would stay away! Always trying to squeeze extra services in and don't seem to know the basic rule of not touching quartz portion of an automotive light bulb!
