I called this place to ask if we could bring our puppy along because the exterior looked welcoming but I got a rude Portuguese person who didn't speak English. Please learn English since you are at a library. Also, it's easier to just say o\ rather than being sarcastic. Have a good day.

Excelente edifício mas com um ambiente de trabalho péssimo devido ao barulho feito pelas funcionárias que por vezes estão mais preocupadas em discutir qual vai ser o jantar, e o novo namorado das amigas das filhas do que em manter o silêncio e o ambiente normal de uma biblioteca que se quer confortável e silenciosa, coisa que não acontece na biblioteca de Vila Franca de Xira. Lamentável!!

순례길에서 만날 수 있는 최고의 경험중에 하나였습니다. 이 도서관을 가보고 Miguel arruda라는 건축가에게 관심을 갖게 되었어요. 포르투갈의 건축가 라고하면 Alvaro siza부터 떠올랐는데 이제는 한명이 더 추가되었습니다. 1층에 카페가 있는데 고된 순례길을 걸으면서 잠시 쉬었다 가기에 너무 좋구요, 2층으로 올라가면 전망 좋은 테라스가 있는데 여기도 좋은 장소입니다. 잠시 시간을 내서 포르투갈 사람들 사이에서 독서를 즐기는 것도 훌륭한 여행이 될 것 같아요.
