LIke so many other reviews we have had the same experience. Messages about delivery attempts were not made. We have security cameras which prove no attempts were made and we have been in all day everyday due to lockdown. Impossible to contact without spending lots of time and money on phone usually with no response. I am surprised they are allowed to keep trading with such a poor track record in Portugal.

I wish i could give 0 start or less, because they not only lie about going to people house (when they dont), but its impossible to get then by phone. Its the worst service any company can USE.

Waited for the delivery all day. Called GLS before to make sure the driver calls before arrival. No one came. No one called. But tracking info says that I was not home. Just a bunch of lazy liars. Worst service ever.

a minute ago a GLS van stopped right by our door and blocked it so I could not even get out of the house. I politely asked the driver to park a little bit further away so we could use the entrance, he was surprised that I could not wait, I explained that we have many cars doing the same every day and he responded that I must speak Portuguese since i am in Portugal. Hatefull poorly trained staff is the responsibility of the management.

They lost my package and are useless at helping me track it down. Sending a message that says my package is not in the country (not updated for 1 week) and therefore can't inform me about anything. On the other hand the expeditor confirms it has arrived in the country. And so they are confirming with each other it's the other one to blaim, and my package is lost somewhere there in \França Artigues\. End of the story. Lamentavel

GSL Portugal, worst service ever. They cant track is own transposts, you need to wait 15 min at phone to speak with someone and pay arround 6 for that call witch the most part of the times you just giveup of wating. From italy to portugal, covid time, DHL 3 days, MRW 3 days, GSL 25 days (and still counting).

3rd world delivery company, delivered my expensive package to someone else, don't reply to my emails, calls take forever and are charged?! What a scam service, I'll write a blog and file a public complaint so they look into its practices(the reviews here say I'm not the only one)

WORST COMPANY EVER! MY PARCEL WAS DELIVERED TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY REFUSE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME TO REFUND ME I HAVE CALLED THEM 6 TIMES AND IT COST ME 30 EUROS ALREADY AND I HAVE NOW TO GIVE UP CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM WHICH INCLUDES 8 EUROS FOR A 21 MINUTES HOLD TIME. THEY HAVE PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY NEVER DID IF YOU READ ONLINE THEY MESSED UP MAJORLY WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE AND THIS COMPANY SHOULD HAVE THEIR LICENCE REVOKED AS THIS IS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR MY PREGNANT FLATMATE ALSO HAD A LUGGAGE COLLECTION FOR HER STUFF THAT WAS ORGANISED WITH GLS WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGE AND GLS FAILED 4 TIMES TO COLLECT WASTING HER 4 DAYS OF TIME SHE SHOULD HAVE SPENT WITH FRIENDS AND SHE HAD ULTIMATELY TO LEAVE ALL HER STUFF HERE AND I WILL HAVE TO ORGANIZE SOMETHING FOR HER
