Great food and quality, by the sea! We arrived quite late, with the restaurant just about to close, but we were accepted and served with a smile, which is one of the most important things in a restaurant (in every business, in fact...), for me. The restaurant is in the first floor of the local market, which means you'll have to take the stairs (no elevator). It has an indoor room and a small balcony with a couple of tables, where we stayed. We ordered fish (sardines, tuna steak and fish & chips) and everything was great. The vinagret was so good I ate it all with the spoon, just like a soup! The desserts were algo fantastic, especially the tradicional Dom Rodrigo, a must try. Just great. A restaurant for life, everytime we'll be in Cabanas.

Probably the best sea food restaurant on Cabanas promenade. Not so cheap, but the food quality is worth it. Good service. Nice view on the river, Cabanas island and the ocean. The interior of of the restaurant could be renewed, but still not so bad :)
A place formed like a ship with fresh seafood. Nothing can go wrong when you look over the Laguna, have a glass of vino Verde in your hand, and eat super fresh fish while you can watch the boat which brought it to that place a few hours ago. And, of course, nothing really goes wrong. This is a nice place. The one thing I suggest is a bit of maintenance, a renovation would be due this winter.
The main quality it's the Fresh fish and the prices are also good. recomend
What, can I say... Have the mixed fish grill. Its a never ending procession of superbly cooked fish of all local, varieties. It only, stops when you say so. To balance the taste, have the house white that is delicate and full bodied at the same time. All in all, a superb lunch which will never break the bank.
Had an excellent meal here. Fantastic steak on a stone. Friendly staff. Very popular and recommend by locals. Well worth the visit.
Beautiful place overlooking the lagoon 4 of us were dinning I had sea bream with pasta, exellent everybody else cleared their plates great Service, will be back
I had order salmon salad and my fiance had homemade hamburger. My salad taste fine but to be honest I missed there some dressing. Hamburger buns taste nice with salad in but meat inside was too salty.
