A great place to be. We stayed in this Casa for a few days. A verry nice stay with a lot of comfort. The swimming pool is verry nice and the sunset spectaculaire. After sunset played in the gameroom some billiards. Did some nice cooking in the big kitchen. Fresh local ingredients downstairs at the market and two big supermarkets nearby. In two words, verry pleasant.

We stayed here for 5 days and we had a really great time. It’s a spacious villa with a magnificent view over the ocean and the city of Funchal. The house is situated in a quiet area, next to a farm where they grow vegetables and fruits. In the evening sitting on the veranda sipping a glass of wine you can see the citylights glow in the dark and you hear the sound of the crickets, that’s magical. We slept very well. The nights are quiet, the windows can be locked with shutters so streetlight cannot come in and the matrasses and pillows are comfortable. Every morning we walked down the stairway to the farm to buy fresh strawberries, papaya’s and avocado’s for reasonable prices. The swimmingpool seemed attractive but it was February and unfortunately for me too cold. It must be a great place to be in summer. It’s close to the Continente and Pingo Doce and it’s a nice walk to downwards to the old city of Funchal (take bus 39 or Uber to return).
I have spent one month with my family at Vila São Paulo. Patrícia and Fernando were excelent hosts The House is very well equipped with everything you can remember we will be black for sure next year Thank you for everything Garden family

Excelente escolha para passar vários dias na Madeira. Casa fantástica, enorme e em excelente estado. (Até camas de grades e cadeirinhas de bebé têm, para quem necessite). Com o calor que faz na ilha, ter uma piscina é realmente muito bom. Vista maravilhosa sobre a ilha que a casa tem! Quando chegámos, tínhamos um cabaz de boas vindas, com vários produtos e bens essenciais, não esquecendo o tipíco bolo de mel e vinho da Madeira. Serviço 5 estrelas! Muito obrigada aos proprietários pois, tudo é gerido por eles. A voltar, várias vezes à Ilha e a ficar nesta casa, sem dúvida!
es war im vorigen Jahr leider sehr ungepflegt. Für einen Monat was wir gebucht hatten, war es sehr schade. Aber durch unsere Reklamation hat sich zum Glück für die nachkommenden Gäste einiges geändert. Und das ist auch gut so.
Excelente serviço, desde receção ao acompanhamento, boas instalações, magnífica vista baía funchal, casa muito limpa com todas as comodidades para uma família grande.. Recomendo para quem procura um bom lugar, simpatia e tudo de bom... muito obrigada aos anfitriões..
