Skate - (Fred will help you to master Skate, taking the best of each technique and transfering it to Surf); Water Trainning is also provided: . Surf, SUP and Boydboard (for the ones who simply want to enjoy the process of learning how to have fun with each modality and for the others that already are Surf, SUP and/or Bodyboard Atlhetes, craving for High Performance Evolution); Fred is a certified Personal Trainer, being also a 1st level Surf Instructor and Post Gratuated in Surf. Recently, Fred has conquered his SUP Instructor certificate by SUPAddiction, wich makes his portfolio of skils quite interesting. Despite his 25 years old, Fred is also a certified Lifeguard, giving Surf Classes since 2006 across Aveiro and Porto well known Surf Schools. His ability with people, made him a beloved teacher, from 5 to 80 years old clients. This project was created during the first days of Summer in 2014, however, the concept has been living in Frederico Godinho's soul since he knows himself. Although there is a trend living among nowaday's society (a switch regarding physical and healthy concers), the truth is that FREDforFit's core business is completely different from all the others. Fred (as he is best known) really connects with ever person he meets along his journey, proving to every single one of us that life is simpler than we may think. Mostly, Fred will turn into one of your best friends, and we promise that you will never left a session without letting go of all your stress, concers and even fears.
