The gentlemen I dealt with was very nice. The low rating is in regards to the following: The service call centre promised a free ride to somewhere in Lisbon to wait during the service. This did not happen. My appointment was for 10:30 am and I had to wait until 12 to get checked in. The service took until 7 pm at night and the work was more minimal than the expectation set by the call centre. The vehicle was not washed.

Went here with my car since the airco and blower are not working properly (2018 Passat). After 2 days in the garage nothing has been done. This vw garage is not at all interested in his customers and its product.
