Another must seen spot in Sintra region. Park worth to spend few hours. If you want to visit all places it may take you whole day. Park has a lot of hidden places and it's arranganed on few hills so be ready to climb up and run down several times. A lot of shade so no problem in sunny days. Amazing views towards each side including the castle which can be seen from each side. Take your time and walk around. Look for less crowded spots, they are worth to discover. If you want to avoid queue buy an online ticket. Try to come early if by private car or leave it down in the city and take a bus or tuk tuk.

It deserves a full day with a picnic basket and some friends... Great and magical place...look for the horses and other mitical creatures like sheep :)

Beautiful park with a lot of different things to see. Best to go with proper shoes for walking, some parts are steep but easy to do if you have time.

Beautiful place, but it so too much touristic, to the point that it really gets annoying. It is like having lots of piranhas swimming around you, trying to bite some money out of people.

Love the park. But for the most people it's just the passage way to the castle.

Watch out for the dodgy café staff. They’ll over charge you and won’t refund the difference because you don’t have a receipt (even though they don’t give you one).

Buy tickets here before you head up to ruins or castle.

One of the most beautiful places in Portugal. Come with confortable shows, climbing does take some physical effort
