A wonderful collection of Portuguese art housed in a beautiful building. The museum is small enough that you could see everything in less than an hour, but interesting enough that you could spend longer if you desired. The unifying theme of Portuguese artists means that the pieces are fairly eclectic so if you dislike a piece that there is a good chance that the next will be more to your taste. Finally, I have never been more enthusiastically welcomed to an art museum. Do yourself a favor and set aside an hour to visit this gem of a museum.
Good exhibition, but be prepared for a rather brusque reception.
