Great service, a beautiful shop with a huge range
Classy, classic and modern styles and above all (for me anyway) superbly comfortable. Our family has owned Alaire products for many years and the quality and durability is exceptional despite the best efforts of rowdy children (and some guests) to create destruction. Maintenance is easy if required at all and the quality of the products resists the wet winters and scorching summers as it is clearly manufactured to do. I am grateful to have been recommended to try Alaire and am delighted with the pleasure it continues to bring to my family and friends. Check them out - it has been a good investment for me.
We have been clients of Alaires for many years and have always been impressed with the range and quality of their garden furniture and garden accessories. The knowledge displayed by their sales staff is impressive and they will give you honest advice on what will most suit your needs. More recently we had the chance to become equally impressed with their after sales service. If you are looking for top quality garden furniture sold by an attentive and dedicated team of professionals, look no further than Alaire.
We had terrible experience with Alaire after buying an expensive Glatz sunshade recommended by their staff. We payed around 1000 for the sunshade and base. The sunshade broke down the first weekend because it fell over. The staff member from Alaire knew about the wind conditions on our terrace and that weekend wasn't too windy. She recommended the sunshade to us – one of the most expensive from the company. So we lost around 1000 on the recommendation from Alaire – from a woman that a couple of month later suddenly didn't work there anymore (!). We still have not gotten back any money, they don't want to talk to us and won't answer emails. Once they offered to repair the sunshade to a cost. A sunshade they know we have no use for. I have actually never in my life received this bad customer support. And it's also probably illegal for Alaire to act this way. But since I'm not Portuguese and since I got to tiered of arguing I'll just leave with this review and an email Glatz.
Great product range!! Great service!! Besides outdoor furniture and BBQs they now also sell indoor furniture and furnishings. Highly recommend!!
