I find the Portuguese bus service to exceptionally good, you can any way in the country relatively cheaply. The buses are all well maintained and should a problem arise the company is quick to act. Its a shame that most of the stations are old and run down but on a tight budget you have prioritise, hey?

Be aware! They are only accepting PORTUGESE credit cards or cash. It may be an unwanted surprise, as it happened for me today.

It is useful anyway. They could be more explicative in telling hours and platforms. We feel a lack of hours board of departures. In selling tickets for urban buses they could explain better. A board of instructions woild be helpful. There is not at all a map of urban buses lines! really the don't have at all! To know where a bus go you have to ask it and trust the fellow! Bus conductors are gentlemen but cannot understand you at the first words and have to drive rather than talking.

Relativamente aos serviços sazonais de transporte em autocarro desde a Fábrica de Cimento da Secil até às praias da Figueirinha e do Creiro, tenho a louvar o excelente trabalho dos condutores da Tst. O percurso é de alta dificuldade, agravado pelo estacionamento indiscriminado. A mestria com que estes senhores conduzem é espetacular. Parabéns.

Pior serviço de sempre!!!!!! Não é minha primeira e suponho que nem ultima queixa contra TST. Lamentável e triste mas é a pior empresa de transportes no Pais!!! Dia 21 de Setembro faltou carreira 609 em Setúbal. Dia 22 de Setembro por motivo de plenário faltaram todas! Sem avisos prévios , sem respeito aos clientes , claro como sempre o TST esta a borrifar-se para todos e como sabem que não temos outros meios alternativos e dependemos deles fazem e desfazem. É lamentável !!!!!

Serviços da TST/Arriva completamente absoletos. Falta de informação, mau atendimento ao cliente, antipatia, etc. Não prestam um bom serviço ao público, pelo que os transportes públicos em Setúbal deviam ser explorados por outra empresa que fosse competente.

As meninas das bilheteiras são antipáticas e preguiçosas. Quando instalam umas máquinas para uso pessoal? Facilitava bastante em todos os aspectos especialmente caso haja fila e queira consultar ou carregar saldo do bilhete, já que na bilheteira “na lhes apetessss”. Também seria mais fácil para turistas com vários idiomas. Um pequeno investimento a longo prazo que faz toda a diferença.
