From these conventual sweets, “queijadas” are our passion. We wish to preserve the authenticity of these small pastries, using genuine ingredients, artisan confection methods, but never setting innovation aside and following today’s taste and demand. Our conviction is that everything we eat should be as natural as possible and we only select the best quality ingredients, like fresh eggs and fresh milk. We achieved a traditional assortment – conventional in style and yet sophisticated. Whatever the preference, every gourmand feels tempted, selecting among a colourful display and without shortfalls.
