poor communication between the supplier and the delivery company meant that my package was wrong each blaming each other. Ideal logistics in Villa franca de xira called me to ask if i can email the driver my location, and could i call him...The driver then called me and said he was 800m from my house but int know where i was, he said he had an old phone without gps an ha no gps in the van. When Ideal called me they said that wasnt the case, and when they tried to contact him he had left the area. so i had to wait until the next day for my package which as i said was wrong anyway. Next day Ieal called me again to ask for my address ??!! and can i email it to her, i asked can she write it down to give to the driver immediately, but she hung up the phone..They call again as my package should have been delivered between 8-12 and its after that and i explain i am waiting as i was yesterday , but she laughs and i say i dont see whats funny, she says she will try to call the driver to find out where he is. So in my experience i would not trust Casa Carvalho again with my purchases in fact i emptied my basket that had 3,000 euros worth of electrodomesticos, i would alos not trust Ideal Logistics which i think deal with Candy.

Gostaria de salientar e agradecer a atenção e o cuidado com que resolveram um problema que tive ao receber uma máquina de secar que comprei. Demorou , devido ao momento que estamos a viver, mas a atenção que tiveram para comigo foi cem por cento até ué estivesse tudo resolvido.

Bom atendimento., material em condições. Apesar da encomenda ter demorado imenso tempo por causa de não haver stock (devido à situação que passamos e em que todas as empresas de produção fecharam a nivel mundial) foram super atenciosos e prestáveis.

Bom atendimento na loja mas depois da compra muito mau acompanhamento! Entregas super demoradas e nunca ligaram a informar o que se passa! Agora todas as culpas vão para o covid-19. Ainda estou a espera da entrega desde abril! Fui sempre eu a entrar em contacto! Como se paga antecipado nem querem saber! Não aconselho ... Por vezes o preço não e tudo!

Ao comprar um forno da AEG, optei pela Casa Carvalho por, ao comprar preços, verificar uma diferença de 100 entre esta Casa e as principais grandes superfícies de eletrodomésticos. Encomendei online e recebi 1min depois uma chamada a confirmar a encomenda e a dizer o dia provável em que a iria receber. Foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos! Recebi a encomenda no dia previsto (3 dias úteis após a encomenda) e mesmo o transporte foi impecável. Parabéns pelo vosso serviço!
