Horrible customer service. First when they sold me the car someone lost one of the keys. It took 2 months of complaints and threats until they issued a second key. My car is now due an annual service. You would think it's a matter of just calling to book an appointment. It actually is if there is someone to answer the phone. I've been trying for a week. Calling every hour to listen to the same message \ This line doesn't make outgoing calls and it's unavailable at the moment. Please try again later\. No option to leave a message. Complainant to Nissan about it a week ago and received a confirmation email asking me for a contact number. Still waiting for a phone call. I can't even think what it would be of I had a problem with the car if it's so hard to book a routine service. Today I decided to drive up to the office and book straight on the reception but no, not possible. I was given the same number that noone answers ever. The receptionist was very nice and emailed them for me. Hopefully someone will call me back on Monday but I don't have very high hopes. It's a shame as I love the car...

Customer friendly but a lot of receptor. Make sure you know where to go, if not you will spend a lot of time waiting in the wrong queues

Depois de varias tentativas de ligação sem sucesso... gostaria de saber pela quarta ou quinta vez o que se passa com o meu carro. Foi de reboque na terça-feira dia 1 de setembro e ainda não fui informado do ponto de situação nem se chegou a vossa “oficina “. Ontem fui buscar o meu Nissan Quasquai 27-HJ-81 pela quinta vez !!! Na qual desta vez paguei mais 601.91 , por mais uma vez da bateria descarregar . E HOJE , FIQUEI NOVAMENTE A PÉ .... e o engraçado é que é NOVAMENTE A BATERIA.

Fui para ver o interior de um carro que tinha intensão de comprar. A vendedora que fez a proposta estava de folga e o que estava de plantão teve muita má vontade em mostrar, só porque a proposta não tinha sido ele que fez. Como tínhamos bastante interesse meu namorado ignorou e pediu pra ver mesmo assim, Senhor simplesmente ficou longe de nós dois fumando do lado de fora. Fomos em outra Caetano Power e então fomos bem atendidos.
